Coming into the process nearly towards the end and having had no prior experience with the backend whatsoever...have been walked through everything at a pace that worked for me, have had all of my questions answered, and if things needed adjusting, they were adjusted immediately or directly afterwards. Sara has been a great help. Christine has also been a help on the billing side. I have not had a chance to meet with Heather yet but have that scheduled for next week. Our community is excited with the website, and it's only been trickled out for about 24 hours.
